Refund policy
At Fandom Reigns we work with print-on-demand products. Each product is produced specifically for you at the time you place your order.
For this reason, we do not accept standard returns due to change of mind, incorrect size or other personal reasons.
Below we set out our returns and refunds policy:
1. Print-on-demand products
All our physical products (t-shirts, posters, stickers, etc.) are produced on demand, individually when you make a purchase.
This allows us to reduce overproduction and waste, but it also means that:

We do not hold prior physical stock.

We cannot put a returned product back on sale.

Therefore, we do not handle standard returns or size/model exchanges.
2. When returns or refunds are applicable
We may offer a free reprint and/or partial or full refund in the following cases:

Item with a manufacturing defect.

Printing error (significantly incorrect colours, misaligned print, missing part of the design…).

Item damaged during shipping.
-
Wrong item received (different model, size or design from the one ordered).
In these cases, you do not need to send the product back in most situations: we will typically request clear photos of the defect, the item and the packaging so we can assess the case with the print provider.
3. Timeframe for reporting issues
If you notice a problem, please:

Check your order as soon as you receive it.

Contact us within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

4. Sizes, exchanges and errors in order details
Because products are made on demand:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect choice of size, colour or model by the customer.

We cannot modify the size, colour or design once the order has entered production.

If the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned or lost, additional reshipping costs may apply.
We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide and shipping details before completing your purchase.
5. Exceptions / non-refundable items
Returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

Products without defect or damage, correctly produced in accordance with the order.

Items showing signs of use unrelated to the original defect.

Gift cards.
-
Digital products (such as downloadable files), once sent or downloaded.

Any product modified by the customer after delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal in the European Union
In accordance with EU regulations, a 14-day right of withdrawal exists for certain types of products.
However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Since our products are manufactured on demand according to each customer's order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not generally apply to purchases at Fandom Reigns, except in cases where the law expressly requires otherwise.
In any case, we will continue to handle and resolve issues related to:

Defective product

Product damaged in transit

Wrong product received
7. Refund process
Once we receive your request and the necessary information (including photographs), we will assess the case:

We will let you know whether the refund or reprint is approved or declined.

If approved:

We may arrange a reprint and reshipment of the item at no additional cost to you, or
-
A partial or full refund to your original payment method.

The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
