Cancellation policy
At Fandom Reigns we work primarily with print-on-demand products.
This means that each item is produced specifically for you when you place your order, so cancellation options are more limited than in a traditional stock-based store.
Below we explain how we handle cancellations depending on the type of purchase.
1. Standard orders (print on demand)
Most Fandom Reigns products (t-shirts, posters, stickers, etc.) are standard print-on-demand orders.

Once you place your order and payment is processed, it goes into production almost immediately with our print provider.

Due to this process, we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order once it has been confirmed.
If you wish to attempt to cancel or modify your order (for example, a change of address or size):

Write to us as soon as possible at info@fandomreigns.com including your order number.

If the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to cancel or modify it.

If the order is already in production or has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel or modify it.

2. Digital products (downloads)
In some cases we may offer digital products (for example, downloadable poster files).

If the digital product has not yet been sent (the download link has not been provided), you may request cancellation by writing to us at info@fandomreigns.com.

Once the digital file has been sent or made available for download, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of a technical issue clearly attributable to us (in which case we will attempt to resolve it or consider a refund).
3. Subscriptions
Currently, Fandom Reigns does not offer active subscriptions (automatic recurring deliveries).
If we enable subscriptions in the future (for example, monthly design boxes, periodic collections, etc.), this section will apply as follows:

A subscription will involve repeated deliveries according to the selected duration and frequency.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless otherwise stated (upfront payment).

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their duration.

You will be able to cancel an active subscription before the next billing date by following the instructions provided in your subscription confirmation email.

Cancellation of the subscription will not affect orders already processed or in production.

4. Pre-order items
At this time, most of our products are offered as available print-on-demand products, not as classic pre-orders for future stock.
In the event that we offer products on pre-order:

A pre-order means you are purchasing a product that will be produced and shipped at a future date.

We may charge the full amount or a partial payment/deposit at the time of purchase.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order if it has not yet been sent to production.

If the pre-order is already in production or prepared for shipment, we will not be able to cancel it, although we may assess your case in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy.
5. "Try before you buy"
Fandom Reigns does not currently offer a "try before you buy" option.
If a similar option is enabled in the future, the conditions, timeframes and requirements for returns prior to final charge will be clearly set out in an update to this policy.
