Shipping policy
At Fandom Reigns we work with a print-on-demand production model. This means that each product is manufactured exclusively for you once the order is placed. For this reason, shipping times include two phases:

Shipping time
Both are detailed below.
1. Order production (Print-on-Demand)
Most of our products (t-shirts, posters, prints, stickers, etc.) are manufactured through specialist providers, which have production centres in different parts of the world.
Estimated production times are:

T-shirts and apparel: 2–5 business days

Stickers: 2–4 business days

Posters and prints: 2–5 business days

Digital products: immediate delivery upon payment confirmation
These timeframes may vary slightly during peak demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, special launches).
2. Shipping times
Shipping times begin once production is complete.
Estimated timeframes by destination are:

Spain / Mainland: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

United States: 3–7 business days

Latin America: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
These times are estimates provided by our logistics providers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on:

Quantity

Logistics provider rates
In some cases we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically if the relevant conditions are met.
4. International shipping and customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We have no control over customs delays or the amounts each country may charge.
5. Incorrect or incomplete address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address when placing the order.
In the event of:

Missing delivery information

Package refused by the recipient
Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the order is returned to the logistics centre, we may reship it upon payment of the reshipping fee.
Print-on-demand orders cannot be refunded due to address errors beyond Fandom Reigns' control.
6. Order marked as delivered but not received
If the carrier marks an order as delivered but the customer claims not to have received it, the following steps should be taken:

Check the address included in the order.

Check letterboxes, the building concierge or neighbours.

Contact the shipping company using the tracking number.
Once marked as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds, although in some cases we may consider a replacement at a reduced price subject to availability.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive an item that is:

In these cases we will arrange a free reprint or partial/full refund, without you needing to return the item.
8. Order tracking
Once your order enters production and/or is shipped, you will receive an email with:

Shipping updates
Some countries or shipping methods may not offer full door-to-door tracking.
9. Digital products
Digital products (for example, downloadable posters) are sent automatically by email once payment is processed.
They do not include any physical shipping or associated costs.
