Fandom Reigns is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

Our products include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical products manufactured on demand (print-on-demand), such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, posters, prints and stickers.

  • Digital products, such as downloadable files for personal use (for example, posters in digital format).

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that the colours or appearance of a product may differ from how they look on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and its settings.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production:

  • Minor variations in colour, print position or size compared to sample images may occur.

  • Measurements, sizes and specifications are provided for guidance only and may be subject to reasonable production variations.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of the products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or be identical to those shown in our online stores.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities of products we offer to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction as applicable.

SECTION 3: ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Fandom Reigns reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion.

Your order will not be considered accepted until Fandom Reigns confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for your order to be accepted.

Since our physical products are manufactured on demand specifically for you, we may not be able to accept cancellation or modification requests once an order has entered production. We recommend carefully reviewing your order (products, sizes, shipping addresses) before confirming it.

In the event that we do not accept, modify in any way or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address or phone number provided when placing the order.

Your purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund Policy https://www.fandomreigns.com/policies/refund-policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are solely for personal or domestic use and not for resale, reproduction, distribution or export for commercial purposes.

SECTION 4: PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the order confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include charges for taxes, shipping, order handling, customs processing or importation.

Prices published in our online stores may differ from those offered in physical, online or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions for the Services that may affect prices and are governed by terms and conditions different from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion shall prevail.

For all purchases made in our stores, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information. You agree to promptly update your account information and other details, such as your email address and credit card numbers and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete; (ii) you are duly authorised to use said payment method; (iii) the issuing entity will cover the charges incurred by you; and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the published prices, including applicable shipping, order handling and tax charges, where applicable.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We work with production and logistics providers (including print-on-demand services) to manufacture and ship your orders.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times stated are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties or customs charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown at the time of ordering. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Once we hand the products over to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to you, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, marks, text, illustrations, designs, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Fandom Reigns, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by the laws of Spain, the European Union and other jurisdictions governing copyright and other forms of intellectual property.

These Terms permit you to use the Services and purchased products solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

In particular, and unless expressly authorised:

  • You are not granted a licence to reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit our designs, whether in physical or digital form.

  • Any digital file made available to you (for example, poster downloads) is for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, uploaded to image banks, printed for commercial purposes or used as the basis for new products for sale.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy into derivative works, publicly display, include in public performances, republish, download, store or transmit any material contained in the Services without our prior written consent.

Unless expressly set out in this document, nothing in these Terms grants or should be interpreted as granting you a licence or any other right in respect of patents, trademarks, copyrights or any other form of intellectual property of Fandom Reigns, Shopify or third parties. Unauthorised use of the Services may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws. Fandom Reigns reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of Fandom Reigns are registered or unregistered trademarks of Fandom Reigns, its affiliates or its licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written consent of Fandom Reigns. The name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer tools offered by third parties over which we exercise no supervision, control or collaboration.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and without endorsement. We assume no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
At your sole discretion, you assume all risk arising from your use of any optional third-party tools offered through the site, and you must ensure that you are familiar with and approve the terms under which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party providers.

Fandom Reigns is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store takes place directly with Fandom Reigns. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales that take place between you and Fandom Reigns, including injuries, damages or losses caused by the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liability arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Fandom Reigns.

You and Fandom Reigns submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions on jurisdiction applicable to consumers in the EU.
