Changes and replacements
This hat is made especially for you when you place the order, so we don't work with standard returns for change of mind.

1. Write to us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will invoke a free replacement or a partial/full refund, as appropriate.
You do not need to return the damaged garment unless you are expressly instructed to do so.
Embroidery care
To keep your hat looking legendary for many winters to come:

• Do not use bleach.
• Do not twist tightly to drain.
• Leave to air dry on a flat surface.
• Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
