ESTIMATED TIMES
• Production: normally 2–5 working days.
• Shipping (usual references):
– United States and United Kingdom: ~8–10 business days from when shipped.
– Spain and the rest of the EU: ~8–11 working days.
– Latin America and Japan: ~13–19 working days.
– Australia and other regions: up to ~20–21 working days.

• Whenever possible, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your loot.
Changes and replacements
We work with print-on-demand products: each t-shirt is manufactured only when you place your order, which is why we cannot accept standard returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
However, if there is any problem with your order:
• Defective or poor quality printing.
• Garment damaged during production or shipping.
• Wrong product or different size than you ordered.
In those cases we will invoke a replacement at no additional cost (or a partial/full refund, as appropriate).
We will only ask you for some photos of the product and packaging so that we can inform the workshop and improve the logistical arrangements for future missions.
Print care
To keep your jersey looking epic for many seasons, we recommend:
• Machine wash cold, inside out, on gentle cycle with similar colors.
• Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners or chlorine bleach (only when strictly necessary).
• Tumble dry on low heat or, even better, air dry to prolong the life of the print.
• Iron inside out with the inside of the shirt facing out. Do not iron directly on the design.
• Do not dry clean.
Notes on DTFlex:
• The print may feel somewhat stiff at first, but it softens after several washes.
• Washing with hot water or ironing over the design may cause small cracks or color changes, especially in white areas.
• The breathability of the printed area is less than that of the rest of the garment, which is normal in this type of printing.
