Changes and replacements
These socks are made especially for you when you place the order, so we don't work with standard returns for change of mind or wrong size.
🛡️ However, if your order arrives damaged, with manufacturing defects, or with the wrong size/color/design:
1. Write to us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will invoke a free replacement or a partial/full refund, as appropriate.
You do not need to return the damaged garment unless you are expressly instructed to do so.
