Changes and replacements
Each hoodie is embroidered on demand exclusively for you, so we cannot accept standard returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
However, if something goes wrong with your order:
• The embroidery arrives defective or of poor quality.
• The garment is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• The model, color, or size does not match what you ordered.
In those cases we will invoke a replacement at no additional cost (or a partial/full refund, as appropriate).
We will only ask you for some photos of the product and packaging so that we can inform and improve the logistical aspects of future missions.
Embroidery care
So that your hoodie continues to look like newly identified loot for many campaigns:
• Machine wash cold, inside out, on gentle cycle with mild detergent.
• Wash with similar colors. Avoid frequent use of bleach and do not use fabric softener.
• Tumble dry on low heat or, preferably, let air dry.
• If you need to iron, do it inside out and avoid passing the iron directly over the embroidery.
• Do not dry clean.
NOTES ON EMBROIDERY
• The embroidery may create a slight relief in the design area (this is normal: it is real thread, not print).
• Very large embroideries on finer fabrics can cause a slight warping of the fabric.
• Designs with very thin lines or tiny details can lose legibility: that's why we recommend graphics and fonts with good thickness.
